Quinoa or Never Pilaf Recipe

Quinoa is one of those neglected grains that are starting to make its way into mainstream eating. Try this quinoa pilaf recipe – instead of rice sometimes. Cook a cup quinoa and mix in some cumin seeds, coriander seeds, extra virgin olive oil, onion and garlic.
