Eating breakfast is a common habit that lots of people who lose weight practice. But how much breakfast should you be eating if you want to lose weight is the question. If you eat too big of a breakfast you won’t lose weight and if you eat no breakfast it is hard to lose weight. A good breakfast should be around 300 calories.
