7 Easy Ways To Control Your Food Cravings

  1. Make peace with the craving – accept that you have cravings and give in to them (within reason)
  2. For salt cravings see if a pickle makes it go away
  3. For sweet cravings see if some fruit helps
  4. Have a healthy substitute around the house instead of a high calorie option
  5. Distract yourself – most craving pass in 15-20 minutes
  6. Brush your teeth – no one likes to eat anything after brushing your teeth
  7. Don’t keep the junk food in the house – make it hard to get to
