Fitness Tips From LeBootCamp Creator Valerie Orsoni

On today’s show Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy had on our good friend Valerie Orsoni, creator of Le BootCamp, Europe’s favorite online weight loss and fitness support website with over 600,000 members. Valerie shared details about the new Vampire Diet that she wrote about in the Huffington post – that is sweeping Hollywood. It seems those fad diet loving Hollywood folks are now eating something red at every meal. It seems like a subtle Twilight promotion, but this diet is very limiting – name some red foods: tomato, red pepper, red meat, cherries – see the list is pretty short. A better weight loss tip is to take small steps each day rather than looking for a miracle diet. Valerie says that every day just try an be healthy – that means move more and eat healthier.  She also gave our listeners some of her favorite diet and exercise tips.
