Olive Salad Recipe

In today’s Wellness Minute Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy share a favorite Dr Fitness’ favorite olive salad recipe. Gather a bunch of different olive: green, black and kalamata. They have to be pitted and drained. Then mix together some grape tomatoes, mozzarella cheese garlic and basil. then mix everything together with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and roasted red peppers.
