On today’s show Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy had on Andy Lapointe with Super Fruit Coach with Fruit Advantage. Andy explained the health benefits of eating fruits – he has written numerous books on the subject including: Super Fruit Handbook, Official Tart Cherry Health Report, The Blueberry Health Report and the Orchard of Health Handbook.
