How to Prevent Weight Lifting Injuries

In today’s Wellness Minute Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy explain some common weight lifting injuries. Did you know that about a million people are injured each year lifting weights? And about 90% of those injuries happen with free weights. Interestingly men seem to injure their trunk and hands while women typically injure their feet and legs. And of course men are injured way more often then women are.
