Grilled Asparagus Salad Recipe

In today’s Wellness Minute Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy share a great grilled asparagus salad recipe. Make sure you pick out fresh asparagus with firm stems – not canned. Create the marinate with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, dijon mustard, fresh garlic, chives, salt and pepper then put the whole concoction with the asparagus in a zip lock bag and let it sit in there for awhile.
