How Former Fat People Lose Weight

In today’s Wellness Minute Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy share tips on how some former fat people lost weight and kept it off. It seems they eat breakfast – in fact breakfast is their biggest meal of the day. A guest once told us to eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper. Next, they exercised daily – they accumulated about 60 minutes of physical activity daily. So try and shoot for about 10,000 steps a day. They limited time in front of the TV. They also created some sort of support system or routine that helped them overcome setbacks.
