For the glaze mix together brown sugar, soy sauce and garlic. Pour over the salmon and bake in the oven. Healthy eating can be this simple to make. Spring for fresh salmon rather than frozen. Whatever you don’t count sheep – a recent study has shown that counting sheep or anything else engages your mind too much and actually delays your ability to fall asleep fast. It’s better to think of pleasant, relaxing thoughts as you drift off to sleep. Also I have found that on days that I exercise I fall asleep faster and sleep through the night better. What about you? An internet rumor has been floating around saying bra’s can cause cancer – it probably was started by some teenage boy or Hugh Hefner. The theory was that the restrictiveness of the bra damaged lymph nodes in the breast tissue. This completely false – there was no study that determined that.
